You as a Buyer, understand that upon initiating a Transaction You are entering into a legally binding and enforceable contract with the DUGAR TUBES PVT LTD against purchase of products and / or services from the DUGAR TUBES PVT LTD using the Payment Facility, and you shall pay the Transaction Price through Your issuing Bank to the DUGAR TUBES PVT LTD using the Payment Facility.
Refund shall be as per the sale conditions and shall be subject to buyer complying with Agreed Contractual terms.
PAYMENT TERMS: Standard terms of payment are net Fourty Five (45) days from the date of invoice unless otherwise specified in writing by Seller. Seller may invoice each shipment separately and each Shipment can be considered a separate and individual contract Buyer agrees to pay such invoice Pursuant to its terms.
Once Billing Invoice generated, can’t be revised.
DELIVERY: Delivery will be deemed complete and risk of loss or damage to any products will pass to Buyer upon delivery to the carrier. Buyer acknowledges that delivery dates provided by seller are Estimates only and seller shall not be liable for delays in delivery or for failure to perform due to Causes beyond the reasonable control of seller.
Buyer will be responsible for tax withholding collection of applicable taxes, PAN Number and all other Compliances and reporting requirement under the applicable tax Laws of India.
In the unlikely event where goods is different from what you had ordered you may return the product Unused in its original packaging for a refund an exchange within a week from the date on Which these goods were delivered.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India without giving effect to principles of conflict of law in the event of any dispute or claim you against the company you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Mumbai.
To provide a safe and secure shopping experience, DUGAR TUBES PVT LTD monitor transaction for fraudulent Activity in the event of detecting any suspicious activity, DUGAR TUBES PVT LTD reserves the right to cancel Pending and future orders without any liability.
